1. Do you provide sample card before finalizing the order?

We don't practise business by providing sample cards, since all the cards are manufactured against order, once the customer places the order, we go for the manufacturing process. So we don't keep sample cards to carry.

 

2. Do you provide printing services?

 

Yes, we provide the cards with printing. The text can be printed in ink, foil and by using thermographic process.

 

3. How much time will it take for the complete procedure for an order?

 

Once the customer approve the proof and after the confirmation of the payment, we shall start the printing process and deliver the cards in ten working days time. Then the cards can be shipped across in 5-7 days, which is to be door delivered.

 

4. Which are the courier services you offer for shipment?

 

We shall make the shipment through Royal mail, DHL, UPS couriers and Fedex. All shipment will be made in carton boxes. After forwarding, we shall email you the tracking number, so that you can track your parcel worldwide.

 

5. Do you provide add on cards like Rsvp, Thank you cards etc.?

 

Yes, we provide full range of save the date. Card, Rsvp card, Thank you card,Place card, Reception card, Sangeet card, Cocktail card, Mehandi card etc.

 

6. Do you provide the text samples of addon cards?

 

Yes we do.

 

7. What are font choices I can have for my wedding card?

 

In wedding invitations, normally script fonts are used. We can prepare the text proof in suitable fonts based on your choice and forward to you for approval. The corrections may be forwarded, till your satisfaction. We can print cards in all languages like English, Tamil, Hindi, Gujarati, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, German, French and etc. In case of you are so particular in font, which is not listed on the page, you can always tell us the name of the font (A sent us the font file as an attachment with email), but it should suit for printing (ie) good quality printing.

 

8. What is the procedure for making the proof?

 

You can send us the wordings in word document file to our email id (or) the text can be scanned and sent to us an attachment; we shall prepare the proof and sent it to you for approval as a pdf file. You can carry out corrections by email itself and confirm. After the confirmation of proof only we shall start the printing process.

 

9. Could you suggest me wordings for the order?

 

We have a team of professionals who design the text content of the card to your specific needs for silkscreen printing. Just send your text in word file & we will do the rest. Of course we will send the proof as soon as its ready.

 

10. How to place the order after selecting the card?

11. Can I add up extra page / insert in the card?

 

You can add extra inserts to your card. The charges for the insert and the printing charges will be additional.

 

12. Could I choose the card for any other event, other than wedding?

 

Yes, you can choose any card for any occasions. In this case, you have to send the text to us as a word document, so that we can prepare the proof and sent it across for approval.

 

13. Do I have to pay any other additional taxes / levies / duties?

 

Yes, VAT custom duties, local charges and any sent of charges by bank are payable by you (It applicable).

 

14. How do I order for Arangetram cards?

 

Please contact our team and we will send you an email with samples.

 

15. How do we pay through online?

 

After all your selections are finished, you can make use of the view cost option, to view the entire selections of cards with their prices and shipping cost. Then click on the pay icon which will take you to the online payment gateway through which the payment can be done online within minutes. After the confirmation of the payment only we shall start the manufacturing process.

 

16. Is there a minimum order quantities required for wedding cards?

 

Minimum order of 50 wedding cards are taken. Then you can add batches of 50.
